At My Little Corner PLLC, I offer a grounded, gentle landing place for individuals and families carrying the weight of painful, overwhelming, or traumatic life events. Whether you are an adult seeking to process past experiences or a parent supporting a child through traumatic stress, my goal is to help you heal, restore a sense of safety, and reclaim your life.
In-person and virtual services are available.
Who I work with
Adults Helping you navigate the impact of single-event or complex trauma, painful memories, and chronic nervous system stress. Together, we work at your pace using structured, proven trauma therapies to process the past, quiet physical hypervigilance, and restore your sense of safety and agency.
Parents & Caregivers Healing happens best in connection. I partner with parents to provide trauma-informed tools, guidance, and coaching so you can foster a safe, supportive environment at home while helping your child navigate their recovery.
Children & Adolescents (Ages 4–18) Specialized, developmentally tailored trauma care for young people who have experienced scary, overwhelming, or painful events. I help kids and teens make sense of their experiences, manage trauma-related behavioral responses, and rebuild confidence and peace.

Areas of Focus
Trauma impacts how we feel in our bodies, how we relate to others, and how we view the world. My practice centers on specialized clinical care for:
- Trauma & PTSD: Safe, paced, and structured processing of traumatic events, adverse experiences, and ongoing traumatic stress.
- Somatic & Nervous System Recovery: Calming the physical toll of trauma—such as feeling constantly on guard, stuck in fight-or-flight, or disconnected from your body.
- Trauma-Related Emotional & Behavioral Health: Understanding and resolving intense emotional reactions, behavioral shifts, or distress rooted in past trauma.
- Relational & Intergenerational Healing: Rebuilding trust, boundary-setting, and emotional safety within personal and family relationships.
What to Expect
In my practice, we focus on understanding the “why” behind your symptoms—not just the symptoms themselves.
- A Collaborative Partnership: You are the expert on your life; I am here to provide the clinical tools and perspective to help you move forward.
- Comprehensive Clinical Assessments: We begin by identifying the root of your concerns to create a clear, personalized path for healing.
- Individual Therapy: Sessions typically range from 45–60 minutes and are tailored to your unique pace, goals, and needs.
